The driving force behind the design of the house has been to create a house with an intimate and rich relation with the site, and by this relationship try to create a wide variety of spatial experiences. The vistas, movements and natural light are the main parameters for this development. The house is almost monochromatic to let the color of the day and the people inhabiting the house achieve the fullest possible expression. All rooms for rest have been designed with an interest in creating spatial pockets of calm. The house has a large variety of room heights, the lowest being slightly more than 2 meters, and the highest almost 5,5 meters.
